Exercises to increase the size of the penis
Jelq or jelqing is an ancient Arabic technique that came down to us through many generations, from father to son and is now used worldwide. In the literal translation this term means „milking”.

Jelqing Technique No.1

Jelqing Technique No.4
It is also known as a Tao technique and used by those who want to increase their penis head size. It is very similar to Technique No.1, except that it is performed very slowly and carefully.
